how we do it

PHASE 1: THE FOUNDATIONS

Total time spent: 1 - 2 days
(24 - 48 hours)

1. RESIN GRANULES – The fundamental material and the starting point of our production.

2. COLOR CHOICE – The granules are chosen based on the color of the components we want to create.

3. WEIGHING – At this point the material is weighed and placed in special metal trays.

4. PREPARATION – The granules are placed in special ovens to eliminate any residual humidity.

5. FUSION – Once ready, they are inserted into electrical machines inside which the fusion process takes place.

6. MOLD – We choose the ideal mold based on the shape of the components we want to create.

7. CREATION – Through the use of these "skeletons" the liquid is transfused into the molds where it solidifies and takes the desired shape.

8. RECYCLING – The skeletons are manually discarded, reduced to granules and reused to create new components.

PHASE 2: THE REFINEMENT

Total time spent: 1 - 3 days
(24 - 72 hours)

9. TUMBLING – The components are subjected to a centrifuging process that smoothes them, eliminating any remaining imperfections.

10. FINAL STEPS – At this point our components are smooth but opaque, almost ready to be assembled.

11. POLISHING – We insert them into these wooden machines where, together with sawdust and a special polishing paste, they are subjected to a rotary movement that can last from 1 to 3 days.
