Pricing & Shipping - How does it all work?

• Italy: Standard shipping costs €5.50 with GLS. We do not deliver to Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Vatican City, or San Marino. Express shipping allows you to receive your package within 1–3 business days and costs €15. Shipping within Italy is free for all orders over €300.

• European Union: We ship to France, Spain, UK, Austria, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands at a cost of €15. No documentation of the goods’ value is included inside EU packages.

• USA: Standard shipping with FedEx costs €25 and is free for orders over €800; for all other international shipments, customs duties and charges are the responsibility of the customer.

• In-store pickup: For every order, you can select the free pickup option at our headquarters in Piazza Dante, Genoa. Alternatively, you can request pickup at one of the Andrea Morando stores of your choice (see here) by emailing sales@bimoritaly.com

IMPORTANT: Exchanges are free only for orders shipped within Italy. For international orders, return and reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery Times : Standard in 2-5 working days. If you are in a hurry, there is the fast option (1-3 days) with a small surcharge. Attention: during sales or promotions, times may be longer.

Tracking : When the package leaves, we will send you an email with the tracking. If there are customs delays, you will be contacted by the courier or by one of our operators.

Lost package : If you have not received anything after 10 days from the confirmation email, please let us know at sales@bimoritaly.com .

Delivery : Inspect the package upon delivery! If it is damaged, sign with reservation or refuse it, and contact us immediately. Keep the packaging for any checks.

Customs Costs : All duties and customs taxes for shipments outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you check local costs to avoid unpleasant surprises.

Attention : If the delivery does not take place for reasons related to the customer (for example incorrect address, absence), all shipping costs and duties will be deducted from the refund.
