Standard shipping to Italy has a cost of €4.

Shipping to European Union (EEC) countries it is limited and costs € 10 .

Shipping to the United States is free for purchases with a total amount equal to or greater than €900.

Shipments to Italy are made via GLS courier or EcoBike Courier (Genoa only), depending on the destination. Parcels destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or other documentation with the value of the goods. All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items.



Delivery is expected throughout Italy with the exception of Livigno and Campione d'Italia. Vatican City and San Marino are considered areas outside the Italian border.


Delivery to European Union countries is limited to France, Spain, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium and Germany.


All items available and in stock are shipped within 2-5 working days (Monday-Friday) from the order date.
It is also possible to request fast shipping (1-3 working days) with a surcharge compared to standard delivery.
During sales periods, promotions or in exceptional cases, shipments may take longer.
BiMORE Srl is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or causes of force majeure.



When the order is shipped, customers receive an email from with the tracking number and a link to monitor the progress of the shipment.
In case of delays due to customs offices, customers will be contacted directly by the courier or by a BIMORITALY.COM operator.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before placing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. BiMOR ITALY packages are carefully packaged using a yellow dust bag which features the "BiMOR ITALY" logo placed around the product.

If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations, or to refuse delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact BiMORE Srl at If the package is damaged, or if part of the goods is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with BiMORE Srl and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund owed to the customer.
