GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Conclusion of Contract and Delivery
    When you place an order on bimoritaly.com, you are entering into a contract with us. We will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours. If you choose to pay in advance, we will ship your order once we have received your payment. We deliver to Italy, some EU countries and a few non-EU countries.

  2. Prices and Shipping
    Prices include IVA, but please consider any shipping costs and customs duties. You can also collect for free at one of Andrea Morando's boutiques.

  3. Payment Methods
    We accept several payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express and cash on delivery. All invoices are exclusively in digital format.

  4. Promotional Coupons
    BiMOR promotional vouchers are valid for a limited period, cannot be combined, cannot be transferred and their conditions are always indicated at the time of use.

  5. Right of Withdrawal
    If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 days to return it, upon notification via email. For purchases made between November 20th and December 20th, you can return for free until January 7th.

  7. Warranty for Defects
    If there are defects in the products purchased, we will apply the rules set out in the Consumer Code to protect you.

Our products are intended exclusively for the final consumer. We reserve the right to refuse orders if they do not reflect our commercial policy.

    The colors of the products may differ slightly from the original ones due to your screen settings. The images on bimoritaly.com are property of BiMOR or its partners and cannot be used without consent.

  2. Item Availability
    We guarantee the authenticity of each product. Availability will be reconfirmed after ordering and if there are any problems, we will inform you quickly.

  3. Legal Terms
    Browsing bimoritaly.com implies acceptance of our conditions. Access to the site is for personal use only.

  4. Copyright and Trademarks
    All contents of the site are property of BIMORE srl and are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. The registered trademark BiMOR ITALY is property of Mora s.r.l.

 

TRADE POLICY

  1. Order Fulfillment
    We reserve the right to refuse orders if the bank does not verify the transaction properly. We cannot modify orders already submitted, and each order is shipped separately. Possible shipping delays may occur during sales or promotions.

  2. End Customer
    We only sell to end consumers, not to resellers. If you are not an end consumer, we reserve the right to refuse your order.

  3. Customer Requirements
    To purchase, you must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid email address and a credit card or PayPal account.

  4. Disclaimer
    We do our best to provide accurate information, but we do not guarantee compliance with the laws of all countries. Any errors on the site will be corrected without notice. The site is safe if used correctly, but we are not responsible for any damage related to incorrect use or disabling cookies.

  5. Italian Law
    By accessing our site, you agree that everything is governed by Italian law. Use of the site in countries where the content is considered illegal is prohibited.
