MY ORDER

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking information. In case of any delay, you will be notified directly by the courier or by one of our operators.

CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY AN ORDER?

No problem. Email your order number and details to sales@bimoritaly.com. Remember to do this before your order gets shipped.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept: credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express, cash on delivery (only in Italy).
You can also pay with Scalapay in 3 convenient installments.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT COUPON?

Of course! As long as you respect the methods of use and the expiration date indicated upon receiving the code.

Also remember that they cannot be cumulated or transferred.

SHIPPING

IN ITALY

You have the option to choose between:
- standard shipping (2-5 working days) at a cost of €6
- express shipping (1-3 working days) at €15.
Shipping in Italy is free for all orders over €148.
Attention: we do not deliver to Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Vatican and San Marino

IN EUROPE

European shipment costs 30€.

EXTRA EU - UNITED STATES - AUSTRALIA

Basic shipping with DHL costs €60, but it is free for orders over €800.
Please note that tariffs and chargers for all other international shipments are under the customer's responsability.

RETURNS AND CHANGES

HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?

Easy: email your order number and details to sales@bimoritaly.com and we will take care of it!
Shipping costs (for collection and reshipment) are at our expense if you are in Italy. If you bought from EU or USA the cost of both shipping is on you.
Remember that you have 15 days to do this from the day you received your order.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

Email your order number and reasons for the return/change to sales@bimoritaly.com . We will answer within 72 hours with the necessary instructions. Remember that you can return the product within 15 days from the moment you recevied it.
Once the product has returned to our offices, we will refund you, deducting the shipping costs.
If the product is faulty or we have made a mistake, we will cover the cost of the return and refund you in full.

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND?

The refund will be made as soon as the product returns to our warehouse and it's integrity is verified. You can receive the refund via bank transfer or Paypal, in the same currency as the original purchase.

PRODUCT I WANT TO BUY IS SOLD OUT

In some cases (not always) the products that were sold out, are restoked. You can request to be notified by clicking the "notify me when available again" button that you can find on the product page.

CAN I REQUEST A GIFT PACKAGE?

Absolutely. You can put the request in the notes of your order.
