MY ORDER
As soon as your package has been dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with tracking information to monitor your shipment. In case of delays, you will be notified directly by the courier or one of our operators.
No problem. Send an email to sales@bimoritaly.com with your order number and details. Remember to do so before your order is shipped.
We accept: credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, American Express and cash on delivery (but only in Italy).
If you prefer, you can also pay with Scalapay in 3 convenient installments.
Of course. Just follow the instructions and deadline provided when you receive it.
Remember: our discount codes cannot be combined.
PRODUCTS
All our creations are made in Italy using only Italian materials. For more information, please visit the dedicated pages on our website.
Our leather bags are made with selected high-quality leathers, and our resin bags are made in collaboration with an eco-friendly certified Italian startup.
Yes, each creation is handcrafted in Italy, with attention to detail and manual processes that make each piece unique.
SHIPPING
You can choose between:
- standard shipping (2-5 business days) at a cost of €6.50
- express shipping (1-3 business days) at €15.
Shipping within Italy is free for all orders over €300.
Please note: we do not deliver to Livigno, Campione d'Italia, Vatican City, and San Marino
We ship throughout Europe at a cost of €30.
Standard shipping with DHL costs €60, while it is free for orders over €800.
N.B. Customs duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer!
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Easy:
- for exchanges in Italy, write to sales@bimoritaly.com with your order number and details, and we'll take care of it!
Shipping costs (for pickup and new delivery) are on us.
- for exchanges in Europe or the United States, unfortunately we do not cover the costs.
Remember that you have 15 days to make the request from the receipt of the order.
Send an email to sales@bimoritaly.com with the order number, description, and reason for the return/exchange. We will reply with the necessary instructions. Remember that you have 15 days from the receipt of the order to return the product.
Once the return has been received at our offices, we will refund you, deducting shipping costs.
If the product is defective or if we have made an error, we will cover the return cost and refund you the full amount.
The refund will be made as soon as the product arrives in our warehouses and is verified. You can receive it via bank transfer or Paypal, in the same currency as the original purchase.

In some cases (but not always), sold-out products are restocked. You can request to receive a notification by clicking on the "notify me when available" button found on the product page.
