At BiMOR, we treat your personal data the way we treat our bags: with care, transparency and without compromise. Here's what we do (and don't do) with your personal information.

Data Collection: How and Why
When you visit bimoritaly.com or make a purchase, we collect some information about you: name, address, payment information, browsing preferences. Nothing too invasive, promised. The purpose? Improve your experience, complete your orders and, if you have chosen to receive them, send you emails full of inspiration and news. No useless content, just style.

What We Do With Your Data
Your data is used to:

  • Manage your orders and ensure fast delivery.
  • Improve your experience on our site (cookies help!).
  • Let us know if we can send you any updates on new products, discounts or exclusive events.

Who We Share Your Data With
Sometimes we work with others (for example, couriers and payment providers) to make sure everything runs smoothly. When we share your data with these companies, we make sure they are also committed to complying with all regulations (yes, they have to follow the GDPR too).

No, We Will Not Sell Your Data
Your privacy is important to us. This means we will never sell your personal data to third parties. Period.

You are in control of your data! Want to know what we have stored about you? Want to change, update or delete your data? No problem! You can exercise your rights by sending an email to sales @bimoritaly .com . We do our best to respond quickly.

International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred outside the EU, for example when we use hosting services in countries such as the United States. However, we are committed to ensuring that any transfer is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures.

Duration of Retention
We do not retain your data longer than necessary. Information is stored for as long as necessary to process your orders, improve our service, or as required by law.

Safety
Your data is protected with cutting-edge technology and robust security protocols. While the internet is never 100% secure, we do our best to protect all information collected.

PRIVACY POLICY FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE “CURLY TALES” CASTING

Bimore Srl (hereinafter, “BiMOR” or “Owner“), with registered office in Genoa at Piazza Dante n. 23R, as data controller, will process the personal data of the Participants in the casting for the creation of the BiMOR “Curly Tales” Campaign (hereinafter, “Casting”), spontaneously provided for the purpose indicated below.

Purpose of the processing:

The personal data provided are processed for:
- possible participation in the casting for the creation of the BiMOR “Curly Tales” campaign,
- be able to contact the participant for the casting activity carried out by BiMOR
- be able to evaluate requests to participate in the Casting;
- to be able to use the audio/video material on the BiMOR website and social media channels.

Personal data may also be processed to fulfill obligations under laws, regulations or community standards as well as provisions of the sector supervisory authorities.

Providing data is necessary because the lack of the same does not allow participation in the Casting.

Recipients of personal data:

The personal data provided as indicated above may be communicated to any subjects who provide BiMOR with performances or services instrumental to the purposes indicated above, designated by BiMOR, pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR, such as

Data controllers:

The personal data collected are also processed by BiMOR staff who operate on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of processing.
Except for these hypotheses, personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except in cases specifically provided for by national and European Union legislation.

Legal basis:

The legal basis for data processing is identified in your request to participate in the Casting and acceptance of the related terms of participation identified by BiMOR (art. 6, par. 1, lett b) GDPR).

Period of retention of personal data:

Personal data will be retained for a period not exceeding ten years from the date of registration or the last update made by the interested party. Furthermore, the personal data provided will be retained for the time necessary to manage any complaints or disputes, legal, fiscal, management and/or defense of the rights of BiMOR.

Rights of interested parties:

Interested parties have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data and for the rectification or erasure of such data.
cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them (articles 15 and following of the GPDR). The relative request to BiMOR can be presented by sending an email to info@bimoritaly.com or by sending a written request to the registered office of the Data Controller. It is specified, however, that, in the cases referred to in paragraph 3 of art. 2 undecies of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and subsequent amendments, the exercise of these rights may be delayed, limited or excluded. If the conditions are met, the interested party may also lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data
(articles 77 et seq. of the GDPR).

Curly Tales Campaign Data Collection
All information, content and data collected through the questionnaires sent to the candidates for the production of the "Curly Tales" campaign will be used to organize the various casting phases.

They will be shared on our social and e-commerce platforms or used for marketing purposes only with expressly requested authorization.
