THE FOUNDATIONS
Small resin pellets are carefully selected and, after being colored, undergo a melting process.
THE SHAPE
The resin micro-pellets are melted and the resulting liquid is poured into the mould, chosen according to the shape of the components we wish to create.
THE FINISH
The components undergo a centrifugal process that smooths them, eliminating remaining imperfections and preparing them for the polishing phase.
ASSEMBLY
The individual components are now ready to be assembled manually using the "Ringlink" technique.
THE TESTING
Every model's "stress test" ensures its durability. The result is a unique, secure, and ready-to-be-yours bag.
