Refunds & Exchanges - Everything You Need to Know

Returns : You have 15 days to return the product. If it is defective or we made a mistake, we will cover the cost of the return and you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, a full refund but you will pay the shipping costs. The return shipment must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

Exchanges : Within 14 days of purchase, it is possible to request an exchange for an unworn product that is completely intact and still has all tags and any other packaging elements intact. Shipping costs for the first exchange will be covered by the Company only if the item received differs from the one ordered and if the order is placed and shipped in Italy.

Holiday Season : You purchase between 25/11 and 20/12? You can return for free until 31/12.

How to Proceed : Send an email to sales@bimoritaly.com with the order number, description and reason for the return/exchange. We will respond within 72 hours with the necessary instructions.

Refund : The refund occurs as soon as the product arrives in our warehouses and is verified. You can receive it via bank transfer or Paypal, in the same currency as the original purchase.
