Refunds & Exchanges - Everything You Need to Know

Returns : You have 15 days to return the product. If it is defective or we made a mistake, we will cover the cost of the return and you will receive a full refund. Otherwise, a full refund but you will pay the shipping costs. The return shipment must be made within 15 days of receiving the order.

Exchanges : Do you want another color or a different product? No problem. Write to us with the order number and details. The shipping costs (for collection and re-sending) are on us. Everything must be done within 15 days.

Holiday Season : Purchases between 25/11 and 20/12? You can return for free until 31/12.

How to Proceed : Send an email to sales @bimoritaly .com with the order number, description and reason for the return/exchange. We will respond within 72 hours with the necessary instructions.

Refund : The refund occurs as soon as the product arrives in our warehouses and is verified. You can receive it via bank transfer or Paypal, in the same currency as the original purchase.
