The best projects often arise from requests and feedback from our community, and the new Bon Bon is a perfect example of this.

We needed a bag-in-bag that was practical while also maintaining the uniqueness and style that define BiMOR.

I tried countless solutions: from satin pouches to incorporating a small leather bag from an old collection.

Finally, inspiration unexpectedly came from an accessory I had bought on Vinted: a padded leather glasses case with a foam layer: simple, practical, and cool.

So I had the first sample developed in burgundy leather, but I still wasn't satisfied: it lacked a reference to resin, something that would make it even more special...

After asking for some opinions on TikTok, I realized that adding four resin spheres to the drawstring closure would be the perfect solution: a small modification that allowed us to add a touch of personality to an accessory that is as simple as it is essential.

So, after receiving the final sample, I decided to proceed with the order: it was a risky choice, because to avoid wasting leather I had to produce a quantity of Bon Bon far greater than the number of Dolls we had in stock.

I firmly believed that it could become such a beloved accessory that it could also be purchased as a clutch bag... luckily, I wasn't wrong!

For the name selection, we decided to involve our team and our most loyal customers in a survey published in the stories of our IG profile's closest friends.

Lisa's suggestion, "Bon Bon," was the one that won everyone over: we liked the reference to the bag's design and the fact that it was perfect for the Candy Collection.

The result? The Bon Bon quickly became one of the most beloved bags of the season!

A great satisfaction and further confirmation of how important it is to listen to the needs of those who choose to take part in this journey, making every step even more meaningful.
