WHERE NO ONE KNOWS WHO YOU ARE

There's a city that lets you be whoever you want to be. I don't know which one is yours, but mine is definitely New York.
The first time I went, I had just turned twenty-two, and that's where I understood what it means to be one in seven* billion. Anywhere else it would have felt suffocating. There, it felt like air.

Nobody knew who I was, so I could become anyone.
And it was on that very trip that the idea for BiMOR was born.

In September I went back on purpose, to feel all of that again and to celebrate my thirtieth birthday there.

I was expecting the same rush, but I didn't imagine it would hit like this: stronger, more overwhelming, far less naive.

At twenty-two I let it sweep me away, and everything seemed possible. At thirty everything still seems possible; it's just that now I can also see the road in between, and how much work goes into it.

In seven years of BiMOR I've met so many people through a screen: a tagged photo, an email, a DM. My dream for the next ten years is to meet them in real life.

To meet you too, since you're reading this! To meet somewhere you can walk into, discover the world of BiMOR in person, touch everything and tell me to my face what you think.

Before I imagine it on my own, I'm asking you:
what's the last place you went that made you feel part of something? Where was it, and what made you walk in in the first place?
