POSTCARDS FROM CAPE TOWN
A suitcase full of BiMOR and a thirst for adventure around the world.
When I left, I didn't have a precise plan; just a ticket to Cape Town, a desire to experience new and exciting adventures, and my childhood friend Federico waiting for me on the other side.
Cape Town is a city that quietly gets under your skin.
Warm, vibrant, full of contrasts.
International enough to make you feel at home, but with such a strong identity that it reminds you how far you are from home.
So here's a little bit of my journey: every day something new to discover and take with me, just like the bags that accompanied me.
FRIDAY 18
Sunset drive on Chapman’s Peak with Federico — my guide for the entire holiday.
Quiet dinner with his friends: simple look enhanced by my Caramel Toffee Doll, which brought me luck in a special encounter.
SATURDAY 19
Saturday surprise: Federico took me to a DHL Stormers rugby match. Incredible experience, even without knowing the rules ;)
Daytime look with my Doll Corallo, full set of accessories (necklace + bracelet) and matching Bon Bon bag.
Sunday 20th
Easter with family at Federico's, how lovely to spend some time with them after so many years of not seeing each other. For mass, I chose a refined look, with the Bon Bon Mandarin Orange. I never go to church, but this service was truly special for me. This year no Easter eggs, but the surprise arrived anyway!

The value of a thought
When you're a guest at someone's home, I think it's important to show gratitude. Whether it's with a thought, a small gift, or a simple gesture, the act itself matters. For Federico's family, I chose one of BiMOR's new keykeepers in my favorite color variation.
MONDAY 21
Morning at the gym to try and work off all the food eaten at Easter (spoiler: I didn't succeed). My tote bag was essential for carrying all my essentials with me. Easter Monday with Federico's girlfriend's family: I felt at home away from home.
TUESDAY 22
Morning at the Waterfront and a visit to Robben Island — an important stop that gave deep meaning to this trip. Having the opportunity to visit the prison where Nelson Mandela was held for 18 years, guided by one of his companions, allowed me to better understand the extent of the injustice that the majority of the population suffered for decades and that, unfortunately, is still deeply rooted in the foundations of our society today.
In the evening: jazz night at Asoka. I wore the Doll and Bon Bon combo in their Licorice Black and Cappuccino variants.
FRIDAY 25
Morning at Clifton Beach with my trusty Tote bag, an Alter Ego cappuccino paired with the Under the Sea charm, and a Bon Bon biscotto as a bag-in-bag.
Aperitif at Caprice and, again, Athletic: this time wearing a new BiMOR from the FW25 collection - a little sneaky peek that I can't wait to tell you about!
Saturday 26
Morning of appointments with Federico, lunch at The Bungalow (highly recommended) and... a helicopter ride! Seeing the city from above was a surreal experience.
Today too with the coral Doll, one of the bags I used most on this holiday. Evening at a wine farm in Constantia.
SUNDAY 27
A day of wine tasting in Stellenbosch with my new friend Dayna: me with the caramel Doll, her with her neon lime Doll. The wine farms we visited are: Boschendal, Babylonstoren, Delaire Graff, Tokara (my favorite).
Happily at home in the evening... special thanks to Federico for being our sober driver <3
This experience reminded me why I love to travel: to observe, to learn, to listen, and to grow.
To you, the reader, I wish a journey that surprises you, changes you, gives you unforgettable emotions, or simply makes you feel good. Positive energy that attracts positive things.
Oh, and don't forget to pack the right bag when you go: a faithful companion that will accompany you on all your adventures.
If it's a BiMOR, I'm sure it will bring you a little extra luck ;)
With much love,
Bi>
