A NEW BEGINNING

24 good intentions wrapped up in one: make them happen .

2023 has been a very important year, full of defining events that have led me today to have a very clear vision of what I want to do this year.

I don't intend to anticipate who knows what because there are so many new things coming and most of the substantial changes to the brand will only be shareable starting from March onwards, for now I just want to take advantage of my diary to explain a little more in depth why I decided to permanently archive all the old Instagram and Tik Tok posts.

By analyzing better the evolution of our social channels over time, I realized that in recent years the brand image has changed many times in many different ways, without following a specific communication logic but following the needs of the moment to communicate a certain message rather than another, with unfortunately many moments of prolonged silence.

For various reasons I have not been able to carry out a strategy that would allow those who follow us to fully understand everything that is actually at the basis of this project and that represents the soul of the brand.

Probably because in the first place I didn't have a precise idea of how to do it and, overwhelmed by the chaos of daily work commitments, I never managed to find the time to stop and think about it for a moment.

Lately, however, I have finally started to focus on my goals, my certainties and the mistakes I no longer want to repeat.

I have therefore decided to take these 5 years of experience made up of many mistakes, teachings, satisfactions, strong enthusiasms and great sacrifices and to make something concrete out of them.

On December 31st, after archiving all posts from my profile, I posted this video as a comprehensive recap of all the adventures that brought me here today:

Choosing the contents to insert allowed me to take a dip into the past and it was funny to realize how convinced and confident I was over the years of some ideas that later turned out to be failures: I saw myself in all the videos, reels, stories and despite some (several) moments of self-cringe I must say that I am still proud of myself.

A lot of things have happened in these five years that I am very proud of.
So many initiatives, great content, completed projects in which I believed and put all my effort.

I am carrying on this project with my head held high. Every year that passes I gain experience and new awareness that is precious for the future of this brand.

And despite all the falls
in the end I always find myself here
ready to get up and start again stronger than before.

Therefore, I am very happy to welcome this 2024 with open arms and I conclude by attaching a small photographic recap of my first day of the year happily spent in the office.
