There’s a trend going around on social media lately. Brands and companies are sharing childhood photos of their teams with a simple caption: “This is who…”, describing the role they have today.

It made me smile because it reminds us of something very true: behind every project there are people. And before becoming the women we are today, we were all little girls with big dreams and plans for our future.
