  • Patent leather is a delicate material, so whenever you’re not using your bag, store it in its yellow dust bag inside your wardrobe. This prevents contact with other leather bags, which could cause damage. The paper you found inside your BiMOR bag helps keep its shape don’t throw it away, reuse it! Always carry the cloth we provided to polish the patent leather and keep your Glammy shining at all times.

SHIPPING

– Italy: €5.50 (standard), €15 (express). Free over €300. We do not ship to Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Vatican City, or San Marino.

– EU: €15 to France, Spain, UK, Austria, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands.

– USA & non-EU countries: €25 with FedEx, free over €800. Duties are the customer’s responsibility.

– Free pickup at the BiMOR headquarters (Genoa) or at Andrea Morando stores upon request via email.
