BiMOR TEAM - Much more than colleagues

"Heeeeellloooooo!! :) I'm @biancamorando, born in '96, founder and designer of BiMOR :) I take care of various things, from production to brand identity development, and I am the captain of this group of young people.

I love to surround myself with people who are passionate about what they do and I'm super proud of my team because it's made up of people who, just like me, dedicate themselves to this project heart and soul because they truly believe in it.

My goal is to build a team of talents within which everyone can have their own space and their own area of specialization, and to always make our office a welcoming, positive, and dynamic place where we can share life and not just working hours.

I find inspiration everywhere; I love observing the world in all its forms, but what fascinates me most are people. I am a creative and outgoing person and - last but not least - I love to encourage those around me to always strive to be the best version of themselves."

"Hi, I'm @gabriellapercoco, Lella to friends and LellyKelly to my colleagues. Also born in '96, a lucky year, it seems! :')

I handle BiMOR's order management and everything related to customer service: in short, my job is to ensure that every time someone buys a bag from our website, they have a shopping experience that reflects our brand as much as possible.

I'm part of this team because, after following BiMOR's launch and development on Instagram, I applied to Bianca, telling her that the drive she always showed on social media sparked in me the desire to be part of this beautiful, young, and almost all-female project. It won me over immediately, and I always identified with it because of the profound values it embodied.   

Today, BiMOR is much more than a job for me; it's sharing, friendship, positivity, and solidarity. A safe harbor where I know I'm never alone. I can't explain in words how proud I am, but I think the fact that I wear nothing but BiMOR can be a good starting point :))"

"Hi, I'm @sarasedzimir, Sarci to friends, the only one born in '95: I'm the shyest in the group and also the most reliable ;)

For BiMOR, I handle communication, brand image development, and newsletters. I've always believed strongly in this project, ever since it was just an idea in my friend Bianca's head, which is why it was natural for me - at the time a product and communication design student - to help her design the brand's first logo. I'm super proud to say that even though I've only officially been part of the team for less than a year, I've always felt like part of this team.

I'm a very precise person; I love to commit myself fully to what I do, and for this reason, sometimes I get overwhelmed by the anxiety of not being up to the challenges that come my way; since joining this group, I've realized that what I've always considered weaknesses can be transformed into strengths when viewed within a team of people so different from me. So if I used to think that being a bit more reserved was a limitation, now I know it's a good thing that there's someone to keep this group of "eccentric" people in check ;)"

"Hi, I'm @margherita_morando also known as Marghe, Morri, or Rita, and I'm the only '99 of the group: surrounded by oldies, you could say!

I'm undoubtedly the funniest in the group, and even though I only officially started working a few months ago, I've been part of Bianca's team my whole life: I'm her sister (-.-) but apart from this small, insignificant detail, I'm really proud to be part of this team of such energetic and positive people.

Having recently joined the company, I can't yet say what my area of specialization is, but one thing is certain: I try to learn as much as possible every day. For now, what I undoubtedly prefer to do is produce video content to post on @bimor.it's profile, so who knows, maybe one day I'll manage BiMOR's TikTok account, which doesn't even exist yet! ;)

I can't wait to grow within this team and discover what the future holds for us; I'm confident that together we can truly achieve great things, so #StayTunedForMor!"

"Hi, I'm @giuliacabs , also known as C-18: the cybernetic one of the group. Commercial Manager of BiMOR and one of the first true supporters of this project.

I've been working with Bianca since before BiMOR was born, but our bond dates back to when we were 13 and 16 years old, respectively – we're sisters-in-law! ;) Being Lorenzo's wife, Bianca's brother and partner, led me to be part of their family first on a personal level and secondly on a professional level; today for me family and work are the same thing, the perfect mix to ignite in me the drive needed to give my best every day.

I am an energetic and very determined person, I'm not afraid of anything and my grit is directly proportional to the difficulty of the obstacles that come my way: I love challenges! That's why being part of such a diverse team is perfect for me: there's always someone who helps me to better hit the target ;)

I truly believe in the potential of this project, which has all the right credentials to succeed: product, quality, price range, and - above all - a well-defined identity. BiMOR is a fluid brand, perfectly adaptable to the shape of those who choose to wear it. I have no doubts, what about you?"

"Hi, I'm @elenapodeschi, the latest addition to the team and the shyest in front of the camera; I'm still learning! :)

I've always been a fan of BiMOR and I can proudly say I was one of the brand's first customers; I started following the development of this young reality on Instagram, and when I finished my studies (Master's in Brand Management), it was natural for me to send a spontaneous application for the curricular internship I needed to complete to graduate.

During the introductory interview, I was very impressed by the young and dynamic environment in the office, and speaking with the team members, I realized how significant each of their contributions is to the brand. This is exactly what I want: to feel instrumental to the success of a project. Especially if it's a project I genuinely care about.

I'm lucky enough to put all the theory I've studied into practice; I start from the absolute basics and, just like BiMOR, I hope to grow and improve constantly.

... Oh, and to keep adding more BiMOR to my wardrobe ;)

"Hi, I'm just Lorenzo, even if my sister tries to give me a different nickname every day, I'm the only one who prefers my full name, the only one born in '94, and the only one without Instagram: I'm a young and enthusiastic guy too, I assure you! ;)

Bianca and I founded BiMOR in 2019, and since then we've never stopped working on the development of this startup, surrounding ourselves with a team of people who, like us, believe in this project and dedicate themselves to it heart and soul.

My main duties in the company are Business Developer and Marketing Manager; my goal is to make BiMOR a solid reality nationwide and - why not - internationally. I firmly believe that there's no goal that cannot be achieved when you dedicate 101% to your work, and my role within the team is to optimize each individual's potential, redirecting it into a group perspective aimed at achieving common goals.

Bianca is the heart and soul, I am the mind and professionalism. We are a winning pair because we are opposite and complementary poles; that's why I have so much faith that, together with our super team, we will achieve great things!"

I'm an extremely organized person, and while I'm very proud of this skill at work, in my private life, it sometimes causes me great frustration: I hate not having everything under control.

I discovered this brand the moment it was launched on Instagram, and following the adventures and backstage of this young team immediately captivated me. I've always done individual activities, ever since I was a child, so the idea of joining a group of people so full of life and drive excites and agitates me at the same time: it's all new to me!

My role in the team is Social Media Manager, and my goal is to communicate the BiMOR philosophy in a consistent and innovative way: something abstract that can be concretized in each of our daily lives.

I'm ready to learn, experiment, and push beyond my limits, experiencing for the first time what it means to build a true and (hopefully) lasting bond within this crazy and unique workspace :)"

"Hi, I'm @reganisso_ , another '96, and no matter what time you're reading this bio, I'm probably in front of one or more screens right now.

I'm the only external collaborator and the tech soul of the group, and within BiMOR, I'm responsible for giving shape and order to all innovative ideas; in short, a content creator (is that term still used?). I'm a very curious person and I love to delve into everything. Some call me unfocused; I prefer eclectic.

I've believed in this project since day 0, when Bianca welcomed me into the BiMOR home during my existential crisis in the academic world. I found a super stimulating, dynamic, and explosive team. With these wild ones, I've seen things you humans can't even imagine 😌

My humor is so advanced that only I can laugh at my jokes. I like licorice; if you want to annoy me, take me to the beach."

I worked alongside this super team for over a year, and even though our paths have diverged, a part of me will always be connected to this brand, so don't worry: you'll still see me around ;)

I'm a direct person who speaks her mind, with a strong personality that actually hides a fragile heart capable of loving without limits. My favorite BiMOR is definitely the INDIPENDENT, the bag dedicated to me because (as Bianca wrote) "inspired by the personality of India, a splendid girl who, besides being an unstoppable force of nature, has repeatedly shown herself to be a strong and independent woman to the point of inspiring others to react with a smile even to the greatest adversities" and, even though I would never have been able to describe myself that way, I'm proud that the people I've shared so much with know me and appreciate me for who I really am: a crazy person with a heart of gold :)"
