BiMOR. 2.0: BUT WHY?
It's been nine months since I last posted a page in this journal; I never thought it would be so long between posts... and yet here we are.
When I wrote “Almost a Quarter of a Century” I was in Rome with my friends and colleagues to celebrate the fateful 25 years and I was absolutely convinced that September 4th would represent much more than a date, in a few words: I expected a dramatic turning point, but….
Sometimes life forces us to stop for a moment and face those insecurities that we inevitably carry with us.
Months like this went by and then... A new awareness: becoming an adult is a process that must be lived day by day, calmly and enjoying the journey.
The more time I spent wondering "will I be able to..." the more I wasted time I could have spent learning to be able to.
This is where the name of the new collection BiMOR 2.0 comes from ;)
2.0 indicates an evolution, something improved compared to what existed before, but which maintains the same nature.
THE COLLECTION
For the BiMOR 2.0 collection we have taken the best sellers produced for the previous seasons and revisited them by adding improvements to some of the models: longer shoulder straps, more resistant linings, gold accessories on all the bags and double contrasting raw stitching as the fil rouge of the season.
As for the addition of new models, we interacted with our community and listened to their requests. The result of this exchange was the production of the POPPY, a larger shopping bag - necessary for all those who need larger bags to wear on a daily basis.
2. BiMOR IN THE NEWS:
This month, my first interview on TgCom24 was published! What a thrill to know that such an important news outlet was the first to tell my story and, above all, to talk about my brand. You can read the full interview at this link.
And that's not all! Our bags have also appeared in other publications like Donna Moderna and Silhouette… but I hope this is just the beginning ;)
I want to give a special thank you to my guardian angel Claudio Leoni, a super PR from Milan whom my sister and I had the pleasure of meeting at the White Show in January, and who has done nothing but support me and help me grow BiMOR's recognition.

You cannot imagine the joy I felt when I received their collaboration proposal: a Creative Hub that collaborates with companies that want to amplify messages about conscious consumption, creativity, and the social and cultural impact of BiMOR, which they selected to become their partner.

4. BACKSTAGE:
I finally managed to find some time to spend an entire day in production to better understand all the steps involved in producing our resin bags. I took advantage of this learning day to create content to share here on the website and on our social media channels to help our customers better understand our products.
As I explain in this video, there's nothing that annoys me more than hearing "oh, but aren't these plastic bags?" People may or may not like them, they may or may not want to buy them, but what I simply cannot accept is that they are reduced to mere plastic bags.
I am so happy to see that I am finally starting to reap the fruits of what has been sown in these five years.
